The Processing time is 2-3 days per order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.

If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be canceled.

The shipping and billing address must match as it is making sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time.

If Order is cancelled or item is refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to return to your card.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed.

A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.

Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed momentarily, as we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands. So be patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.
